Maria Harris and Rick Davidson bring over five decades of collective experience in fintech and global real estate

With over five decades of collective real estate, banking, and mortgage industry experience, Davidson and Harris are acutely aware of the layers of inefficiencies in traditional property investing. A US-based entrepreneur and respected veteran of the international real estate community, Davidson has spent the past 33 years in both commercial and residential industries, most recently serving as Global President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate.

For the last decade especially, Davidson has been at the center of the industry’s accelerated evolution, advancing globalization and new technologies as chairman of CENTURY 21 Cambodia and director of Sisu, a software as a service (SaaS) provider that delivers analytics for the real estate market. “I bring ‘feet on the street’ knowledge combined with a keen eye on the shifting market and industry dynamics,” explained Davidson.

Much like Davidson, Maria Harris brings decades of experience to Plotify’s advisory board. A leading financial consultant in the UK, Harris provides digital and fintech expertise to the mortgage industry. As a Plotify advisor, Harris will be integral in elucidating the ins and outs of the banking industry in the UK.
